What happens to eye exams I have scheduled this week (week of Oct 28)?

Sightbox will cover the cost of exams through November 22, 2019. Following that date, eye exams will not be covered for Sightbox members and will need to be paid for by the patient.

Sightbox will cover the cost of exams through November 22, 2019. Following that date, eye exams will not be covered for Sightbox members and will need to be paid for by the patient.

What happens if I need to order trial lenses for a patient?

Sightbox members must receive their finalized prescription by December 1, 2019 in order for them to receive their lenses from Sightbox. Following that date, trial lens shipments will need to be covered by the practice.

How do I contact Sightbox for assistance and how long will customer service be supported?

Feel free to contact Sightbox at support@sightbox.com with any questions. We will continue to provide online support through December 20, 2019.
